Krishna was co-founder and CEO of Plusmo, a venture-backed mobile software startup, which was acquired by AT&T in 2009.
Prior to Plusmo, Krishna was the CTO of Symbol’s Mobility Software Division, where he helped conceive the company’s Mobility Software Platform appliance and played a key role in growing the division’s revenue from zero to $10 million in just 18 months. This division was built based on technology developed by Covigo, Inc., a company Krishna co-founded that was acquired by Symbol Technologies in 2003.
Krishna worked at several successful startups, including Performance Awareness Corporation (now part of IBM) and Valicert (acquired by Tumbleweed), he has also co-authored two best-selling books on Linux programming, e-commerce, and java security.
Krishna has a B.S. degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology in Varanasi, India, an M.S. degree in Computer Science from West Virginia University, and attended the Stanford University in 2011.
